ADULTS PRINTMAKING is available upon request. CALL/TEXT Gretchen 760-361-3461 to book your class or private art party. Learn an old world technique by running over your art through an Etching Press for a multitude of expressive printmaking techniques, like Rembrandt. Starting with printing Monotypes, a.k.a. "instant-gratification-feel-good-art-making"! PRIVATE ART PARTY A great activity to celebrate any occassion with friends and loved ones, ages 6 years and up. GOAL This class will leave you with a handful of inspiring prints made on paper that can easily be bound together as a book or left separate for hanging on your walls. ADULTS PRINTMAKING CLUB If your dedication surpasses most you may want to graduate into the Printmaking Club by completing the pre-requisite classes, all of which are taught using Akua non-toxic soy oil inks. Upon graduation, you'll have full access to the printmaking studio any day of the week. 1st Class: Monotype Madness on Plexiglas plates 2nd Class: Drypoint Techniques on Plexiglas or Copper Plates 3rd Class: Relief Printmaking with Wood or Linoleum Blocks 4th Class: Assess your progress and discuss exploring an area of interest.
